The Bob Beaty Foundation was established in memory of Bob Beaty, a former Jefferson County, Colorado, teacher and coach. The Foundation awards scholarships to outstanding graduating high school scholar athletes from Colorado and Tucson, Arizona. The Foundation was established in 2008 and has awarded to date 94 scholarships.

Coach Beaty’s mission was to develop well-rounded athletes: those who exhibited character, skill and integrity in the sports arena, in the classroom and in their daily lives. His desire was that his players take from theses venues experiences that would help provide them qualities to become productive members of their communities. He was extremely proud of his players, considered many to be life-long friends and watched them become successful and happy in their adult lives. The Bob Beaty Foundation was created in his memory in order to continue his mission in supporting young men and women.

The Bob Beaty Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and contributions may be tax deductible.
